We view our Parent Teacher Association as a very important facet of school life. Like most school PTA's ours meets regularly with the core function of supporting the school in any way possible. Primarily, the purpose of the association is fund raising through social events and any other means possible; but also as a platform for exchange of views and ideas.

In a school like ours where our ‘catchment area' is widespread the social functions organised by the Friends of the SYTS/PTA are clearly very important in bringing parents, staff and pupils together .

We welcome Parents and friends from all our schools to join the friends of the SYTS/PTA.
